We heard you! At the fall member meeting we learned about non-violent communication. With a jam-packed agenda we had hardly any time to break into groups for small group discussion. For the winter member meeting it will be all about small groups. We will have coffee and sit around tables. We will provide some guided conversation starters to get you going.
And, the board is looking for some feedback from the membership about potentially changing our name. Would you like to see us become the League of Women Voters of Whatcom County? The board feels that this would be more inclusive and lead to more growth outside of the City of Bellingham. But, it will cost us time and potential costs to do this. What do you think? If you cannot attend, please send your thoughts to a board member.
