November is Native American Heritage Day and our group chose to read a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel. Louise Erdrich‘s grandfather worked as a night watchman at a factory near Turtle Mountain Reservation in North Dakota and her book explores native American sovereignty & history. Meet at Village Books a week earlier than usual.
